So much has been said and reported about the lack of women in tech and in engineering roles at both low and senior levels. So it’s no surprise we get quite excited when we get given the opportunity to shoot portraits of women like [Miheala Antoszak], who are helping to break stereotypes, proving that engineering isn’t a gender thing and doing so while leading the way in their respective field.
Mihaela’s is the Principal Lead Engineer for Norway Honeywell – a Fortune 100 company that invents and manufactures technologies to address tough challenges linked to global macrotrends such as safety, security, and energy, employing more than 19,000 engineers and scientists. Shooting Miheala’s portrait reminded us that if you want to change things, really change the status quo, you need to be the change you want to see in the world. Enough said! ??
